Cole Hengstebeck

I am a graduate student working on my master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Miami University. I am taking classes, conducting research, and developing my thesis and I am expected to graduate in May of 2023. You can learn more about my work in my Projects Section.

In 2022, I graduated Magna Cum Laude and with University Honors from Miami University with a BSE in Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. My cumulative GPA was 3.85 and I was named to the dean's list every semester for 8 semesters. During my undergraduate time I gained experience in topics such as embedded systems, circuit analysis, FPGA programming, industrial and mobile robotics, communication systems, as well as mathemathics including calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and differential equations

My main areas of interest are robotics, including industrial automation and mobile robotics, and embedded systems. I also enjoy direct software development for backend deployment. I have experience in Python, C/C++, Linux/GNU, HTML/CSS, and Git including object-oriented-programming and data structures.
